At Aaleen Group LTD, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. Customer satisfaction is our main priority. Due to the nature of our work, which involves time, labour, and creative resources invested from the moment a project begins, we operate under the following refund policy. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Products and Services Description
Aaleen Group LTD offers the following digital services:
- Web Design & Development — Custom website design and development, including single-page and multi-page websites built for performance and conversion.
- SEO Consultancy — Search engine optimisation services including site audits, on-page optimisation, keyword strategy, and ongoing SEO management.
- Branding & Illustration — Brand identity design including logos, colour palettes, typography, and custom visual assets.
- Consulting & Digital Marketing — Strategy sessions, funnel planning, campaign support, and ongoing marketing consulting.
- App Development — Development of web-based applications tailored to business needs.
These services are delivered digitally and remotely. All services are custom in nature, meaning work is created specifically for each individual client. As a result, once work has commenced, the deliverables cannot be reused, resold, or returned, which is why our refund terms reflect the bespoke nature of what we provide.
3. One-Time Project Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. For one-time, non-ongoing projects — such as a single website build, a one-off branding package, or a standalone design deliverable — if the client is not satisfied with the final result after all agreed revision rounds have been completed, they may submit a refund request and we will review it fairly and promptly.
We believe that if we cannot deliver a result that meets your expectations within the agreed scope, you should not be left out of pocket. Refund requests under this clause will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and where a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be issued in full or in part depending on the stage and volume of work completed.
This guarantee applies to one-time projects only and does not apply to ongoing retainer arrangements, monthly services, or subscription-based engagements.
4. Deposits
All deposits paid to initiate a project are non-refundable. Deposits are used to reserve our time, begin discovery, and allocate resources to your project. This applies regardless of whether work has visibly commenced.
5. Project Cancellation by the Client
If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun:
- Any deposit paid is non-refundable.
- If you have paid in full and cancel before the project is 50% complete, you may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50% of the total project fee, at our discretion, after deducting the cost of work already completed.
- If the project is 50% or more complete at the time of cancellation, no refund will be issued.

6. Package Purchases (Website Orders)
For service packages purchased directly through our website (Starter, Growth, Pro, Premium):
- If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and no work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund.
- After 24 hours, or once work has begun, the deposit or full payment becomes non-refundable.
7. Project Cancellation by Aaleen Group LTD
In the rare event that we cancel a project due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid for work not yet delivered.
8. Revisions and Dissatisfaction
We do not offer refunds on the basis of dissatisfaction alone for ongoing projects, as all projects include a defined number of revision rounds to ensure the final result meets your expectations. If you are unhappy with the work, we encourage you to raise your concerns at Support@aaleengroup.com and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue through revisions or adjustments within the agreed scope. For one-time projects, please refer to Section 3.
9. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered outside of the above terms in exceptional circumstances, entirely at the discretion of Aaleen Group LTD. To request a discretionary review, please contact us in writing with full details of your situation.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 where applicable.
